An automatic system for the assembly of needle to barrel holder. The system was built with vibration feeder bowl for automatically feeding and orienting components for assembly. Micro torque screwdriver is used in the system for tightening components. Leak test

Process Description

Operator manually loaded needle and barrel holder into the vibrating feeder bowl. This system is designed to automate loading and assembling of components. On completion of the process, the completed part was manually removed by the operator for vision test.
